Hours of Work: 24.5 hours per week over 4 days (including Fridays), Term time plus 1 week
Location of Role: Cliddesden Primary School, near Basingstoke
An exciting opportunity to join our busy school office as Admin Officer. Cliddesden Primary School is an inclusive school with a dedicated staff and a supportive community, committed to providing high standards in education. Our school is situated within the beautiful countryside of the Hampshire Downs and although located only 3 miles from central Basingstoke, the locality is in contrast to the town's urban environment.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for parents/visitors to the school and will need to be confident about running the reception. Flexibility and organisation skills are paramount.
We are looking for someone who is:
Experience of working in a school office environment including School Information Management System (SIMS) and Tucasi/Scopay, and a First Aid certificate is desirable, but not essential, as specific training will be provided as required.
This busy role is varied. Duties will include:
Pupil welfare, confidentiality and safeguarding are important parts of this role, and the successful candidate should be able to relate well to young children often dealing with minor first aid incidents.
