Fixed term until 31 August 2022

                                                                                              

Required as soon as possible in September 2021 to work as a member of our dynamic Pastoral Support Team working either on a one to one or group basis with pupils excluded from, or not working to, a normal timetable.  You will be based in our Reflection & Resolution (R&R) Room where you will work with pupils to complete their work and provide support to help them reintegrate back into the classroom.

 

The successful candidate will have experience of working with pupils with additional needs and will have good literacy/numeracy skills. You will also need to have empathy with pupils and be sympathetic to their needs. The ability to communicate effectively, be professionally discreet and able to respect confidentiality is also required.

 

An induction programme is in place and suitable training will be given.
