Salary Details: Grade C - £14,225 to £14,982 depending on experience (Pro-Rata salary)

Hours of Work: 32.5 hours a week, term time only

Job/Person Summary

Prospect School is a specialist provision providing education for boys aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs. We pride ourselves on knowing every pupil as an individual and with our holistic approach we aim to make a real difference to the life chance of all the pupils.

We are very excited to be recruiting enthusiastic, inspiring and skilled Sports Coach Mentor to join our team. Such positions are extremely rewarding and we are looking to appoint individuals who are passionate about working with young people with special educational needs.

The job role will include supporting small groups in the personal development of the pupils engaged in daily sporting activities. Applicants must be caring, approachable and flexible, be able to remain calm under pressure, as well as being determined and resilient.

A MIDAS qualification would be an advantage.
