Salary Details: Grade 9, FTE £34,728 - £38,890. Actual salary £15,294 - £17,127 plus Essential User Allowance

Hours of Work: 18.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Location of Role: Head Office, Southampton with travel across the South Coast

Job/Person Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time HR Business Partner to join the HR team at the Trust.  The successful applicant will support Headteachers and Business Managers with employee relation issues.  A generalist with an up to date understanding of employment law you will give advice, guidance and support whilst actively contributing to ad hoc HR projects.

The successful applicant will be part of an experienced central MAT team and will be committed to sharing our values to  provide high quality education for over 10,000 pupils and over 1600 members of staff.

The role may require travel across Portsmouth, Southampton, Poole and Dorset with our Head office based in Southampton.
