We are looking to appoint a calm, friendly and enthusiastic person to help supervise our students over their staggered break and lunch times; this is a new role being introduced in the Autumn term.
The post holder will work alongside other USH duty staff to provide indoor and outdoor supervision over social times. In between break and lunch, they will undertake a range of duties to support the pastoral team.
The key priority of this role is to build positive and professional relationships with students and to be able to effectively supervise and interact with them to ensure their security, safety and well-being during their social times.
