We have a vacancy for a Learning Support Assistant 30 hours per week, term time only for a fixed term to 31st of March 2022
Our pupils are aged 2 – 19 years with learning, communication and complex health needs ranging from severe to profound and multiple. The successful applicant will be required to work across the breadth of our school.
Ideally, you will have some experience of SEND in a learning environment but this is not essential if you show a strong desire to work with our young people. We welcome applications from people with or without experience, or suitably qualified professionals who are passionate about working with children with special educational needs and disabilities.

Our 30 core hours of work are 8:45am to 3:15pm Monday to Friday with half an hour lunch break. As we are a school, you will be required to take all annual leave during school holidays. Integral to your own professional development and as part of your core working weeks you will be required to attend some after school meetings and essential twilight training.
The salary range is Grade B or C depending on your qualifications and experience. Hourly rate range is therefore £9.62 to £10.34 and the actual annual salary range £13,203. To £14,184. for 30 hours per week term time only.
