Our headteacher is retiring and we seek a new headteacher to lead our continuing success and development, commencing January 2022.
This role is open to candidates with senior leadership experience including (but not exclusive to): Deputy, Assistant, Acting Head or Head of School in Primary. We are looking for an ambitious and innovative leader to take this Outstanding school to the next stage of development.
You have passion to enable every child to ‘Be the Best You Can Be’, combined with the experience and drive to support our families, broader communities and collaborate with a wide range of partners.
You will lead our staff to continuously develop expertise, communicate effectively with all our stakeholders and have the drive to continue to deliver high quality teaching and learning. We are proud of our developments to support the environment and projects based in our local community and you will share and grow these areas of activity.
You will assess and address our areas of challenge and lead a strategy to ensure the best outcomes for all our pupils.
