Due to the previous Deputy Headteacher's promotion to Headship we are seeking to appoint our next Deputy Headteacher at Freegrounds Infant School.
This is a thrilling opportunity for the right person to work in partnership with the Headteacher and Strategic Leadership Team, leading the school team on our continued journey to ensuring every child receives the best education possible.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person who will continue to raise standards, build on our positive and caring ethos and support us in leading our school forward to meet the challenges of the future.
Our aim is that the successful candidate will initially have a 0.6 teaching commitment in one of our Year 2 classes with two days per week to work on school improvement priorities. The role also involves leading the Year 2 team. This post is an excellent opportunity for the right person to develop the skills and experience they need to take the next step in their career.
