Are you an experienced leader looking for a new and exciting challenge?
Lee-on-the-Solent Junior School are looking to appoint an exceptional leader to take up post as Deputy Headteacher in September 2021.
This is an exciting time to join Lee-on-the-Solent Junior School as we seek a candidate who will work in partnership with our newly appointed Headteacher to continue to move the school forward and develop an aspiring and relevant curriculum for our children.
The successful candidate will be aiming for outstanding practice across the school with regards to teaching & learning. There will be a teaching responsibility as part of this role. You will ensure that there is a culture of high expectations for learning behaviours to maximise progress for our children.
The school sits at the heart of the community which it serves and has a strong relationship with our infant school to ensure the best learning journey for our children.
