Gosport & Fareham Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint a confident, self-motivated individual, who is a good communicator, patient with a friendly approach and able to work independently, to join our team across Bay House and Brune Park School.
This post is ideal if you have a genuine passion for supporting pupils and families to maximize attendance and punctuality.
You must be an enthusiastic self-starter and be able to work well as an Individual and as a member of a dedicated pastoral team.
You should be confident and have good interpersonal and communication skills as this role will involve visiting pupils and their families in their home and engaging in meetings with outside organisations and agencies.
