Salary Details: Actual £13,333 per annum (calculated as 30/37*44.28/52*£19,312 full time equivalent)

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week / 39 weeks per year (term time) (Monday - Friday)

Location of Role: Cross Secondary (Brune Park & Bay House School)

Gosport & Fareham Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint a confident, self-motivated individual, who is a good communicator, patient with a friendly approach and able to work independently, to join our team across Bay House and Brune Park School.

This post is ideal if you have a genuine passion for supporting pupils and families to maximize attendance and punctuality.

You must be an enthusiastic self-starter and be able to work well as an Individual and as a member of a dedicated pastoral team.

You should be confident and have good interpersonal and communication skills as this role will involve visiting pupils and their families in their home and engaging in meetings with outside organisations and agencies.

The GFM is the first localised Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) established in Hampshire. The founding schools of the GFM are Bay House Academy, Brune Park School, Gomer Junior School and LWS Academy. Rowner Junior School joined the GFM in September 2018.
