We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to undertake the role of Assistant Headteacher, working as a key member of the Leadership Team across the federation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of raising educational standards and maintaining school improvement, alongside a commitment to engage positively with our local communities.
To be successful you will have presence, tenacity, will be dynamic, ambitious and determined to make a difference to the community you serve. This appointment will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to make their mark as well as being an exciting opportunity to further your expertise as you will have the chance to gain experience within the two different community school environments – this is a very unique opportunity!
This role is non class based and you will be situated predominantly at Marlborough Infant School leading this one form entry infant school.
As Assistant Head teacher you will be responsible to supporting the delivery of a stimulating, innovative and responsive curriculum which will further develop the knowledge and cultural capital the pupils need to succeed in life in British Society.
You will be expected to Champion outstanding teaching & learning and exemplify this in every aspect of your own practice.
