Due to a re-structuring of our Leadership Team, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our school as an Assistant Headteacher. The Assistant Headteacher will work alongside the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher to continue to embed the vision and leadership which enable children and all staff to achieve the highest standards in learning. They will build on our character education core virtues of Respect, Responsibility, Perseverance, Honesty and Kindness in order to improve outcomes and life chances for all of our children.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for EYFS and whole school inclusion, working closely with the SENDCos. Two days per week will be class-based in Year R, allowing the rest of the week to focus on leadership responsibilities.

We are a Character Education school, which underpins everything we do, and the children and staff use the language of virtues and growth mindset to support positive learning and behaviour management.
