Due to the relocation of one of our teachers we are looking to appoint a Key Stage One or Early Years Foundation Stage class teacher for September 2021 (We are flexible with which Year group it is you would like to teach as it is finding the right person for our children that is most important to us). If you are a newly qualified teacher or an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge then this could be the role for you! We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher to join our staff team. As a new member of the staff team you would be fully supported as both the Deputy Head Teacher and Inclusion Manager are out of class and available to offer support through team teaching and paired observation. To support all teachers, displays and role plays are completed by your Teaching Assistant and there is a full-time admin assistant who does any laminating, photocopying and sticking in you may need!
We are an oversubscribed four form entry infant school with excellent resources and facilities. We have tree houses, a mud kitchen and an Amphitheatre which we use as part of our Forest School programme. We operate a system known as THRIVE which supports children’s social and emotional development. We have a broad and balanced curriculum that is innovative, creative and fun. It is taught through exciting projects that underpin our learning values and reflects our rights respecting ethos, incorporates new technologies and The Arts.
