The Governors of Romsey Abbey C E Primary School are seeking to appoint a visionary and innovative leader with experience to motivate and deliver excellence in all areas and lead our school: to consolidate, maintain and develop the school on its journey from good to outstanding in all areas.
The successful candidate will have the ability to inspire and bring out the best in everyone. They will understand and uphold the Christian ethos of our school, preserve the inclusivity and be passionate about creating academic excellence through community engagement.
Our new Headteacher will have resilience and drive along with a proven track-record of delivering strong educational outcomes.

We are a one form entry Primary school with a Foundation which dates back to 1852.
Currently we have 189 on roll in 7 classes
33 on SEN register 17.5%
5 with EHCP 2.6%
62 are PP 32.8%
20 are EAL 10.6%
14 are YC 7.4%
