The Governing Body of The Dever Valley Federation seek to appoint a dynamic Executive Headteacher, from September 2021, to lead this highly successful federation on the next part of its journey forward. The Federation comprises two Church of England primary schools, one with approximately 75 pupils on roll and one with approximately 114 pupils on roll, both of which are presently structured into four classes. The schools are broadly equidistant from Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover. Both schools have been graded as good in their latest Ofsted reports and as excellent in their SIAMS inspections.
Governors are committed to a strong culture of excellence and will provide opportunities for the successful candidate to develop professionally. Ideal candidates will evidence the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to lead the schools to their goal of achieving outstanding outcomes for all. If you have the ambition, commitment, enthusiasm and determination required to enable us to achieve this aspirational goal, we would be delighted to receive your application.
