We are looking to appoint a Administrative Assistant at Calmore Junior School to join our happy, hard-working and committed team.
The role of Administrative Assistant is varied and also requires the candidate to have a high level of competence with computer programmes, in addition to literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
As part of the office team, you’ll be ‘front of house’. You’ll be dealing with people from first thing in the morning and still dealing with them as you step out of the door. With at least a few hundred interruptions every day, you’ll need to be someone who can multi-task and juggle all the balls at the same time.
We can certainly offer you a different challenge on most days of the week. You will need to be flexible and willing to adapt to meet the needs of the school, quick to learn and ready to ‘muck in’.
What does the role entail?
You will be under the direction of the School Business Manager (SBM), you will support general every-day administration in the school. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
