We are seeking a full-time experienced teacher to work within the Resourced Provision for Speech, Language and Communication Needs and ASD.
The start date for this vacancy is flexible for the right candidate.
At Holbrook Resourced Provision we have the highest ambitions for all aspects of our children’s development. We are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated teacher with the relevant knowledge and experience to ensure the best possible outcome for pupils with ASD in particular.
Holbrook is a good school situated in the heart of Gosport, a diverse town with many desirable features including Stokes Bay, easy access to Portsmouth /Southampton and surrounding areas of natural beauty. There are also excellent transport links to the South coast, Gatwick airport, London as well the Isle of Wight.
The successful candidate will work with a friendly, supportive team of experienced staff and lead a class of 7 pupils within the resourced provision. Knowledge and experience in the use of ASD teaching approaches, behaviour management, AAC, Makaton, Attention Autism and sensory integration amongst others is desirable. We will provide high quality coaching/support and ongoing training.
