Location of Role: Barton Farm Primary Academy, Winchester
Barton Farm Primary Academy is a brand new school opening in September 2020 in Winchester to serve the new housing estate at Kings Barton. We are delighted to offer the opportunity to two or more individuals to join our newly established team.
We are looking for individuals who are good communicators, adaptable and able to show high levels of initiative and commitment. Knowledge of the Early Years curriculum is desirable but, more importantly, we are seeking individuals who are keen and quick to learn and who are excellent team members. Although the position is in Early Years, you may be required to work in other year groups in the future. You will be required to support individuals, work with small groups, and to teach the class on occasions. Experience of working with children who have specific learning needs would be desirable, although not essential.
We are looking to cover a range of hours including in our Breakfast & After School Club. This means that there will be full time and part time positions available (term time only plus INSET days).
