Salary Details: Grade E £25,833 to £28,791 FTE (£19,686 to £21,941 Actual Salary)
Hours of Work: 32 Hours - Term Time (including insets) plus 1 week
Location of Role: Pinewood Infant School
We are looking to appoint a suitably experienced and highly motivated Senior Administrative Officer to our school office. You will need to be a conscientious person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will positively contribute to whole school improvement through efficient leadership of the administrative, financial and resource provisions in school.
The main areas of responsibility will be finance, personnel, welfare and premises including overseeing Health and Safety, with line management responsibility for the Admin assistant and Site manager. Experience of school finance/accounting, particularly IBC, is desirable, together with knowledge of SIMS and Tucasi. Appropriate training will be offered as required. You will be supported by the leadership team, together with caring colleagues and governors. Further training and support will be provided by HCC Finance and Personnel teams, SIMs etc as necessary.
