The Oaks CofE Learning Federation is a family of three one form entry church infant schools who work together under the leadership of the Executive Headteacher and the Governing Body to enhance the education we offer our pupils. This gives all the benefits of being small schools within our communities with the added support of year teams and wider professional opportunities. The Federation is a research learning community whose work on improving outcomes for our children through evidence informed practice has been shared internationally.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional practitioner in the first instance, highly motivated and have a sound knowledge of how to use Assessment for Learning to teach a personalised, creative curriculum.
Visits to the school prior to application are warmly welcomed.
