We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Worker to join our team of dedicated staff, with the desire/ability to work with a range of students to encourage them to achieve their full potential. You will play a vital role in supporting the pastoral team in the day to day running of systems that provide care and support for students. The aim of this intervention is to break down barriers to learning and improve student outcomes through behaviour management. You will need a good standard of general education, good communication skills and be both flexible and resilient.
This position may particularly appeal to any individuals interested in starting a career in teaching.
