Required for September 2019, an Apprentice to provide administrative and customer service support for the Reception Admin team at The Petersfield School.
This role includes a range of Reception and Admin duties including answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors, photocopying/laminating, sending emails, filing and message taking. The successful candidate will also assist with hospitality and school events.
The post incorporates study and completion of the NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service whilst working in this fast-moving environment where the ability to multi-task is key.
Immaculate presentation and an excellent telephone manner is essential, together with ambition to learn and an unflappable “can do” attitude.
