Manor Field Infant School is a warm and friendly school defined by its strong child centred ethos. We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly motivated SENCo to join our team, working together to achieve the highest standards possible for the children in our care.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Head Teacher to identify and support children with special educational needs.

This part time post offers an opportunity to work strategically alongside highly skilled teaching and support staff, where we value open dialogue and continued professional development.
The SENCo will co-ordinate special educational needs provision throughout the school with support from the Lead TA and dedicated admin support to allow the SENCO to focus on pupil needs.
This post is ideally suited for an experienced SENCo, ideally with the National SENCo Award and trained in the THRIVE Approach.
Initially this will be a fixed term contract for one year until December 2020, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.
