William Gilpin Primary School is a small, caring and enriching school serving the children and families of Boldre, Pilley, Lymington and beyond. This is a rare opportunity to join our staff team as a teaching assistant; we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated person to work with our fantastic pupils for 3 days per week. The role would involve providing both 1:1 learning support assistance for pupils with additional needs, as well as working with small groups. You do not need to have worked in a school environment previously, but have the ambition to support the pupils in our school.

The preferred working days are Monday, Thursday and Friday, although some flexibility may be considered around the working hours/days for the right candidate.
