Our children deserve the best and we believe that we have to get it right for them from the start so we are looking for a superb primary school teacher to join our team. We are looking for candidates who would feel equally confident in Year R, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.  We would ask you to specify what your preferred year groups are to teach.  In May 2024, the Ofsted inspection showed that behaviour and personal development are outstanding in our school.  We are looking for someone who can work for 2 days a week to cover a maternity vacancy but there is the possibility this position will become permanent in the future.

We are looking for a talented, inspirational teacher who:

*Sets high expectations for themselves and their pupils
*Can teach children the skills to become independent learners
*Has an excellent knowledge of KS1 and KS2 and has high expectations for learning
*Is a reflective practitioner who aspires to achieve excellence through demonstrating outstanding teaching which leads to outstanding learning.
*Has excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
*Is a great team player who would really enjoy contributing to the school

So...what do we want from you?

The desire to work hard and be a life-long learner.
You get from your job what you put into it and we want someone who will take a full and active part in school life within and outside the school hours of 8.30am - 3.25pm. Our existing team do this plus more and need someone with the same attitude to join them.

But most importantly:

We want you to care about our children.
They get one shot at school. We want you to be motivated by their success, know that they learn when memorable experiences are created on a daily basis and need someone who has clear boundaries but is kind and caring.

We in return can offer:

*A supportive team of colleagues who are friendly and welcoming
*Well-behaved children who are enthusiastic learners.
