Job/Person Summary

We have a vacancy for a temporary learning support assistant to cover a maternity leave in our Year R classroom or in Key Stage 1. As a strong team of passionate teachers and support staff, we are looking to welcome a likeminded, enthusiastic and dedicated new member. This is an ideal post for a candidate who already has recent and relevant experience of working as an LSA in a Primary School or Early Years setting.

You will have the important skills needed to fulfil the role as well as initiative, compassion, flexibility and a good sense of humour.  The position advertised is for 32.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm, but there is scope for reducing these hours.  If you feel you meet the requirements to be successful but would like to discuss an alternative working pattern, please do let me know at the point of applying so we can discuss possible solutions should you be successful at interview.
