Job/Person Summary

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, confident and well-organised Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our creative, successful and popular school from September 2023.

 

We are looking for a person who has:

-GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) grade C or above

-An HLTA qualification

-Experience of working with teachers to deliver learning activities to whole classes

-Confidence to cover absence when necessary

-The ability to plan, evaluate pupils' progress and adapt lesson plans when necessary

-Experience of communicating pupil outcomes to class teachers
